6月25日，广州海洋馆开业活动在广州动物园内正式举行，宣告广州海洋馆升级焕新开业，广州城市文旅再添新名片。场馆内，绿海龟、沙虎鲨、白鲸、海狮、海豚等300余种约10000头（尾）海洋生物，将陪伴大家畅游海洋世界。发光有趣的海洋生物灯箱、可以和巨骨舌鱼比力气的拉力比赛、模拟潜水艇场景的冒险潜水艇、介绍鲨鱼家族的一体机……焕新升级的广州海洋馆以“科技+海洋IP+互动”的零距离体验，打造集海洋生物观赏、现代海洋科技体验、科普教育、文创、休闲等多功能于一体，具有生命力的海洋文化创新体验馆。
