Each year,when the river rises during the fishing season,the villagers of Xiaowu use#traditional and unique fishweir techniques to catch fish.Fishweir,also known asafishing weir,is a facility used to trap fish by building barriers with wooden stakes,branches,or woven nets in rivers,tidal channels,or estuaries.In late July of this year,the#Guangdong Provincial Intangible Cultural Heritage Fishweir Culture Exhibition Hall,located next to the Xiaowu Village Committee office building,was officially opened.Shaped like a fishweir,the#exhibition hall showcases models of fishweirs and materials on the heritage and development of local fishweir#culture,attracting many visitors and residents. #SplendidLingnan
河源市连平县田源镇肖屋村位于新丰江上游，坐落在连平县八景之一“戈峰耸翠”的戈峰山脚下。这里依山傍水，渔业资源十分丰富，故早年当地村民大多靠捕鱼为生。
每年江面水涨到了捕鱼时节，肖屋村的村民就利用古老而独特的鱼梁技艺捕鱼。鱼梁，也称渔梁，指筑堰拦水捕鱼的一种设施，用木桩、柴枝或编网等制成篱笆或栅栏，置于河流、潮水河中或出海口处。今年7月底，在肖屋村委会办公楼旁边，广东省非物质文化遗产作鱼梁文化展馆正式投入使用，这座文化展馆外形似鱼梁形状，里面展出鱼梁模型、当地鱼梁文化的传承和发展资料等，吸引了不少游客与当地村民参观。
